"Addiction" CD is great!

I've been reading all this hoo-hah over Mr. Hughes' direction and I don't get it. I think "Addiction" was probably the best thing Glenn has done since "Play Me Out". I've been a GH fan ever since I heard the DP "Burn" album. I went out and bought every Purple and Trapeze album. Now 15 years later, I own so many albums (even the ones on which he appeared on only one tune) that I've grown to appreciate the diversity of his material, whether its funk, metal or whatever.
For the record, I enjoyed "Addiction" a ton more than "Feel" but if he released a CD of Polka music, I'd still buy it and enjoy it. I am not passing judgment on your opinions but I am asking that you wait to hear it before you condemn it. Knowing Glenn's past history, who really knows what might end up on the CD anyway. And that is what excites me every time I hear of an upcoming GH release. Thank you for your time.
