I just bought this-It is up and down as far as Glenn goes. Overall he is over the top -(the end of Mistreated- yuck) Obnoxious and out of tune. Highlights would be Burn and Stormbringer. Coverdale also is hoarse- the best performances come from Blackmore, Paice and Lord. I really can't recommend this to anyone- I was so uninspired after listening to the second disk-- where things really go down hill vocally and musically- Highway Star- Space Trucking- You fool No one- I should have bought CAL Jam- which was before the Booze and drugs set in. No more Live purple or related Cds for me... unless it is recent Glenn... I should have asked you guys before wasting my money- at least I can write it off on my taxes- since I am in music full time!
