The fact that GH is playing so much DP and heavier Hughes on this current mini Euro tour confirms my suspicions. No one wants to hear the funk!( Not my opinion, just reality!) Unless Glenn gets off the Metal circuit, as in not doing tours with other metal artists, he can forget the funk\soul aspect of his brilliant career. There's a saying here in Oz," If you cant beat them, join them". So I think Glenn should come to terms with his Purple past and expliot it to the max! JUST GO FOR IT! For what its worth, I love GH Soul \Funk, but I'm also a realist, and I just hope for Glenns sake he is too! AIMHO Regards, HRP.
