Glenn joined forces with good friend, Geoff Downes (Asia) in his London studio, to produce some songs in demo form, that would be released a few years later on the album, The Work Tapes.

  1992
A busy year which is considered his "comeback" year. It started with John Norum's (Europe) Face The Truth, followed by an appearance on The KLF's single, America:What Time Is Love. Then his first solo album in years, Blues and finally backing vocals on George Lynch's (Dokken) Lynch Mob. Each of these appearances provided outstanding vocals and produced some classic tracks.

A reformed Trapeze also took to the road for a brief 3 month tour, both in the US and UK with stops in Los Angeles, London and The Midlands.

  1993
One of his busiest years yet! It starts off with an appearance at the 2nd Annual Randy Rhoads Charitable Trust Fund Benefit at The Palace in Hollywood, California on January 13th. Soon after he begins a ton of session work and live dates in Europe. Session work included Geoff Downes (Asia) Vox Humana, Sister Whiskey's Liquor and Poker, Marc Bonilla's American Matador, George Lynch's (Dokken) Sacred Groove and finally, Stevie Salas's The Electric Pow Wow.

The third solo album debuted this year, From Now On..., followed by what most consider the ultimate in live recordings, Burning Japan Live.

Glenn records songs with Tony Iommi for his second solo album. It was never released, but Gone ended up on 2000's Return Of Crystal Karma and Iommi used part of Don't You Tell Me for Black Oblivion with Billy Corgan (Smashing Pumpkins).

Further session work continued despite his busy schedule. These included Richie Kotzen's Wave Of Emotion, Billy Liesegang's No Strings Attached, Asia's Archiva 1, and two tribute albums - Jethro Tull's To Cry You A Song:A Collection Of Tull Tales and Queen's Dragon Attack: A Tribute To Queen, also Manfred Ehlert's Amen project Aguilar.

  1997
Glenn had a more relaxing year. Aside from some Japanese and South American dates while promoting the EP release of Talk About It from Addiction - the only other live appearances were in Denver, Colorado for his first appearance at The 1997 Tommy Bolin Tribute Concert held each August.

  1998
A heavy tour schedule highlighted the year. Starting with a couple of January dates with Marc Bonilla and The Dragon Choir in Hollywood, California. Then a couple of months later another European tour. Shortly thereafter two May dates in the San Francisco Bay Area - Santa Cruz and San Francisco - with Keith Emerson and Marc Bonilla. Two months later it was back to Denver, Colorado for The 1998 Tommy Bolin Tribute Concert. His busy tour schedule ended for the year a month later in September at São Paulo, Brazil for Monsters Of Rock festival.

The result of some earlier session work was also released this year. Glenn's contributions to Stuart Smith's debut album, Heaven and Earth was made available, as was the live CD release of the previous year's The 1997 Tommy Bolin Tribute concert in Denver, thanks to The Tommy Bolin Archives. In addition, working with Geoff Downes, Glenn approved the release of some early demo quality material recorded back 1994, since it was close to being bootlegged! The resulting album became The Work Tapes.

  1999
Yet another hectic tour schedule kicked off in February for a special Tommy Bolin Tribute Band tour of 4 Texas cities, Austin, Dallas, San Antonio and Houston - of course, this was more or less home base for Trapeze in the early days! This was followed a couple of weeks later with a quick European stopover for promotional work for the upcoming new album release.

The sixth solo album is released, The Way It Is. Glenn warns us it takes 4 or 5 listens to get into it, but most are all over it from the get go! A South American Tour tour follows shortly thereafter, with a European leg featuring a triple bill including Thin Lizzy and Michael Schenker.

More session material is officially released, another tribute album, this time to ELP, Encores, Legends & Paradox: A Tribute To The Music Of ELP featuring Glenn singing Knife Edge and Billy Sheehan's group, Niacin release, Deep, where Glenn provides the vocals for Things Ain't What They Used To Be. And only mentioned because Glenn participated, The Bobaloos truely awful CD is released, originally recorded in Atlanta during 1987, it unfortunately saw the light of day this year!
